Pumpkin Pie Smoothie vegan/ gluten Free/ no Refined Sugar
Ingredients: 1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree 1/2 cup coconut or other non dairy milk 1 frozen banana 1/2 Tablespoon pumpkin spice (spice mix recipe in stories) 1 scoop of protein powder 1 Tablespoon ground flax (optional) 1 Tablespoon maca powder (optional) Add a bit of maple syrup if you like more sweetness.
Equipment: Blender
Directions: Blend all together and enjoy right away.
